This is an original proceeding. On the petition of the relator filed February 4, 1963, we issued a writ of certiorari to review a judgment of contempt.

The petition made this showing, in brief. Petitioner is an attorney who appeared pro se. Petitioner had been found guilty of contempt at a hearing on January 30, 1963, held at White Sulphur Springs, Meagher County, and sentenced to ninety days and fined $500.
