J. A. Sanderford, by a written petition, instituted this suit in the justice court of precinct No. 1, Eastland county, against Jake L. Hamon, Jr., and W. K. Gordon. Plaintiff sought recovery of damages upon four distinct grounds, as follows:(1) That defendants erected, constructed, and established a water line through plaintiff's field upon which defendants were operating an oil and gas well.
