A Chinese construction company (the Company) and seven of its employees (collectively, Appellants) appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Gleeson, J.) denying their motion to quash subpoenas requiring the employees to appear before a grand jury. Appellants argue that the district court erred in concluding that the employees are not entitled to diplomatic immunity because they were not registered with the United States Department of State.
