Appellants, Virginia A. Thomas, James Tegethoff, Jr., Jill Boulanger, Tracy Tege-thoff, Thomas Tegethoff, James Tegethoff, III, Jean Goggins, Father James Goggins, Daniel Goggins and Julie Sobkoviak, (“beneficiaries”1), appeal the judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis in favor of respondent, Bank of America, N.A., (“trustee”), wherein the court found the testator did not intend to create an absolute gift of support and instructed trustee that it could consider a beneficiary’s other financial resources in determining whether to encroach upon the trust corpus.
