This matter came on for hearing on December 23,1985, for an award of attorneys’ fees and disbursements on the joint application of counsel for plaintiffs in the within action: Berger & Montague, P.C. (the Berger firm); Abbey & Ellis (the Ellis firm); Waite, Schneider, Bayless & Chesley Co., L.P.A. (the Chesley firm); and Gene Mesh Co., L.P.A. (the Mesh firm) (doc. 52).
