This is an original proceeding in mandamus brought by a taxpayer to compel the defendants, the county commissioners, county clerk and county treasurer^ to comply with the order of the state tax commission by changing the tax rolls of the county so as to agree with said order and cancel the excess amount of valuation of plaintiff’s property and apply the proper levy to the valuation fixed by the state tax commission.
