Daly v. Grove City Area School District

This case comes before the court on the petition of Jan K. Daly to reverse the decision of the Grove City Area School District furloughing her from her position as a home economics teacher in that district.

The facts in this case are not in dispute. By virtue of various stipulations, it was agreed that the Grove City Area School District has had a substantial decline in student enrollment, as the term is used in the Public School Code, sufficient to justify the furlough of a home economics teácher.
