The title to the-'west 45 feet of the east 90 feet of lots 7, 8 and 9, block 10, Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Bock is involved in this appeal, and, as appellant says, “the question for determination is whether appellant’s or appellee’s title is paramount. ”
