This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction and sentence on a plea of no contest for a violation of R. C. 2913.51, receiving stolen property. The issues here raised are limited to procedural problems and the entire factual situation is not involved. Basically it appears that the appellant was indicted by the grand jury on January 11, 1977, for the offenses of both burglary and receiving stolen property.
