As amended on the Court’s own motion, we authorize for publication and use instruction 14.2 (Dealing in Stolen Property (Fencing)) of the Standard Jury Instructions in Criminal Cases, on an interim basis. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 2(a), Fla. Const.

In Williams v. State, 121 So.3d 524, 2013 WL 4555586 (Fla.2013), we held that when the offenses of both theft and dealing in stolen property are submitted to the jury, the jury must be instructed in accordance with section 812.025, Florida Statutes (2008).
