A. B. Collins and Harlan Collins brought this suit in equity in the Circuit Court of Gilmer County against Clara Stalnaker and Hope Natural Gas Company, a corporation, for the purpose of partitioning the oil and gas within and underlying a tract of two hundred thirty-five acres of land in Gilmer County, formerly owned by Lue V. Collins, the mother of the three individual litigants.
