*918Appeal from a judgment and order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Klein, J.), entered June 9, 1980 in Ulster County, which, in a proceeding pursuant to article 7 of the Real Property Tax Law, granted respondents’ motion for partial summary judgment. In their petition in this proceeding, petitioners sought judicial review of 1979 assessments of various properties located in the Town of Hardenburgh, Ulster County.
