MEMORANDUM DECISION

Automotive Professionals, Inc. (“API”) filed a petition for chapter 11 bankruptcy relief in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois in May of this year. The case was assigned to Judge Carol Doyle with case number 07-B-06720. The State of Illinois (“the State”) through its Director of Insurance, Michael T. McRaith (“the Director”), filed a motion to dismiss the case, which the bankruptcy court denied in a memorandum opinion issued on June 12, 2007.
