¶1 Splicing into a line to divert electricity around a meter box, as here, constitutes tampering with an electrical line. We affirm.

¶2 Dallas Anthony Silva is a contractor who owned two houses in Whatcom County, one on Sudden Valley Drive (Sudden Valley) and one on Hunsicker Street (Hunsicker).
