This action is before this Court upon the appeal of Sandra Lynn Lilly [hereinafter “Appellant”] from the Circuit Court of Raleigh County’s May 22, 2006, order affirming the Family Court of Raleigh County’s December 9, 2005, order granting James Tyrone Foster’s [hereinafter “Appellee”] Petition for Recovery of Overpayment of Child Support.
