ALBRIGHT, Justice:

This is an appeal by Penny A. Kyle from an order of the Circuit Court of Webster County making equitable distribution of the parties’ property and denying her an alimony award and certain attorney fees and costs in a divorce proceeding. In making its rulings, the appellant claims the circuit court refused to adopt the recommended order of the family law master without finding that the family law master’s recommendations were clearly erroneous.
