*1001ORDER AFFIRMING DENIAL OF POST-CONVICTION RELIEF

Appellant has appealed to this Court from an order of the District Court of Tulsa County denying his third application for post-conviction relief in Case No. 23552.

The record reveals that Appellant was found guilty by a jury of Possession of Narcotic Drugs After Former Conviction of a Felony on January 31, 1969, and was sentenced to a term of not less than three years nor more than nine years.
