This is an original proceeding in this court to review an award made by the State Industrial Commission in favor of A. Baker, claimant, and against the Oklahoma Natural Gas Corporation, as employer, and Aetna Insurance Company, as insurance carrier.

The sole ground for review is as to the finding of the Commission to the effect that the failure to give notice of the injury within 30 days from the date of the alleged accident was not prejudicial to the substantial rights of the employer or insurance carrier.
