Appellant 3545 Mitchell Road LLC d/b/a Tupelo Trace Apartments (Tupelo Trace) and Appellant Pinecrest/Tupelo, *388L.P. d/b/a Tupelo Seniors Apartments (Pi-necrest) (collectively, the Appellants) appeal the judgment of the Lee County Circuit Court, which affirmed the Lee County Board of Supervisors’ reassessment of the Appellants’ real property and the resulting increase in ad valorem taxes.
