This case arises out of loan renewals granted by the Appellee, Texas Commerce Bank, National Association (TCB), to the Appellants, Sterling Texas Contractor, Inc. (Sterling) and Metro Draperies, Inc. (Metro). Sterling and Metro each executed a promissory note to TCB and guaranteed each other’s note. Appellants seek reversal of the summary judgment denying relief on their claim of usury against TCB and granting TCB’s counterclaims for non-payment of the two notes.
