This suit was brought upon the several demises of William Schley, executor of the last will and testament of Governor William Schley; also of William Schley, as trustee under and by virtue of the provisions of said will; and lastly upon the demise of Matilda Louisa Brown, Amelia C. Brown, Sarah D. Brown, Robert E. Brown, Marie S. Brown, and Elizabeth Brown, John D. Smith, Richard P, Smith and Margaret Corbin, against J.
