The appellants make two assignments of error: “First, the court erred'in holding that the wife and minor children of the deceased, Edward Duford, could not maintain this action in their own name, and that the same should have been brought by the administrator; second, the court erred in holding that the plaintiffs did not disclose sufficient interest in said property to entitle them to recover the same from the appel*341lee.” It will be noticed by the judgment of the court that the demurrer was sustained for two reasons: First, because, “the plaintiffs’ complaint fails -to show that…
