— Order unanimously reversed on the law without costs and motion granted, in accordance with the following memorandum: Plaintiff was injured while employed as a house framer by Don Vito Construction Company, the carpentry subcontractor at a residential construction site. He commenced this action against defendant Lancaster Homes, Inc., the owner and general contractor, which impleaded plaintiffs employer.
