Appellant-defendant SCI Indiana Funeral Services, Inc. (SCT) appeals from the grant of summary judgment in favor of the appellees-plaintiffs D.O. McComb & Sons, Inc. (McComb) and Terra Services, Inc. (Terra) (collectively referred to as McComb).
