— In a proceeding pursuant to article 7 of the Family Court Act, the appeal is from an order of the Family Court, Kings County (Torres, J.), entered June 9,1982, which adjudicated appellant a juvenile delinquent upon a finding that he had committed an act which, if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crime of assault in the third degree under subdivision 1 of section 120.00 of the Penal Law, and placed him in the custody of the New York City Commissioner of Social Services for a period of nine months.
