The first action is brought by the administrator of the estate of Margaret E. Crowe to recover for her death and conscious suffering caused by the falling on July 14, 1918, of a piazza, which was a part of the premises let to her by the defendant. The second action is brought to recover for personal injuries received in the same accident by the plaintiff, Mary A. Crowe, who *251was the daughter-in-law of the intestate and was visiting her on July 14,1918, the date of the accident.
