This appeal involves the propriety of an appraisement of three described real properties located in Keith County, Nebraska, and the propriety of the determination of the inheritance tax due thereon. In that connection, the record discloses substantially the following: Catherine S. Pike, hereinafter generally called Mrs. Pike, died testate March 1, 1954, and a petition was filed in the county court of Keith County seeking probate of her last will.
