Penn Equipment and Tool Corporation subcontracted with Chatham 90 to provide equipment for this construction project. International Fidelity Insurance Company issued a bond guaranteeing each subcontractor payment for labor, materials, and supplies furnished in connection with the construction project pursuant to the Public Works Contractors’ Bond Law, act of December 20, 1967, P.L. 869, 8 P.S. §191 et seq.
