Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Rensselaer County (Griffin, J.), entered July 11, 2008, which, among other things, granted petitioner’s application, in three proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody.
The parties are the parents of one child, a son whom they adopted immediately following his birth in March 2002.
