Collie M. Middlebrooks filed a personal injury action against Kimberly Davis, John Spencer Royalston, and Georgia Sandwich Company, Inc. (“GSC”), Royalston’s employer, seeking damages for injuries he sustained in a multi-vehicle collision. The jury awarded Middlebrooks compensatory damages in the amount of $3,064,836, punitive damages in the amount of $1,000,000, 1 and attorney fees and expenses in the amount of $621,780.96.
