Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc. (“RPR”) appeals from a bench trial judgment in a contract suit in favor of Great Southwest Sav- mgs, F.A. (“GSW”) in the sum of $325,961.40 plus attorney fees in the sum of $108,000.00. The trial court granted take nothing judgments in favor of appellee Windtree Financial Services (“Windtree”) against suits by appellant RPR and by appellee GSW.
