In a bench trial, defendant herein was found guilty of indecent liberties with a child committed on November 1, 1975. He was sentenced to 4-7 years in the penitentiary.

The first contention of the defendant is two-fold in that the defendant was denied a fair trial because: (1) the trial court considered improper evidence, and (2) the court considered and misconstrued other evidence in deciding the question of the defendant’s guilt or innocence.
