David Randolph Collins appeals from his conviction and sentence for burglary.

At approximately 3:30 a.m. on June 18, 1984, a fire at the residence of Oren T. McKenzie was reported to the Albany Police Department. At the time of the fire McKenzie was away from home. He returned from his trip on the afternoon of the 18th to find his house burned to the ground.
