Di Silvestro appeals from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Jacob Mishler, Judge, dismissing, on the ground of res judicata, his complaint against the United States for damages on account of the denial to him of veteran’s disability benefits in connection with his service in World War II, and awarding the government $750 in attorney’s fees.
