Plaintiff, Betty Raethz, a student, filed a four-count complaint against defendant, Aurora University, for damages based on her allegedly wrongful expulsion from the school’s master’s in social work program. The trial court granted the University summary judgment as to count IV and, following a bench trial, found for the University as to counts I and III.
