MEMORANDUM OPINION ON THE DEBTOR’S OBJECTION TO PROOF OF CLAIM OF HANK NGUYEN

I. Introduction
The twin goals of bankruptcy are payment of claims and allowing a debtor to obtain a fresh start. In re T-H New Orleans Ltd. Partnership, 188 B.R. 799, 807 (E.D.La.1995), aff'd, 116 F.3d 790 (5th Cir.1997). Part and parcel to these goals, the bankruptcy court must determine which claims are allowable and which must be disallowed.
