This suit was originally brought in the name of Mrs. Marie Dubourg Chauvin, Miss Louise Chauvin and Miss Laura Chauvin for compensation for the death of Louis Chauvin, the son of Mrs. Chauvin and the brother of the Misses Chauvin.
