Cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court (Coccoma, J.), entered May 23, 2003 in Delaware County, which, inter alia, distributed certain of the parties’ marital property.

Plaintiff contends that a portion of defendant’s monthly pension payment was not properly distributed to her following commencement of their divorce action. The parties were married in 1964 and divorced in 2002.
