Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition and dismissal to defendant pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8). We affirm.

Plaintiff was injured on October 3, 1989, while operating a tractor-trailer that was transporting motor vehicles to Chicago, Illinois. While in transit, plaintiff noticed that one of the vehicles had broken loose of its restraints and was bumping into the rear of the cab.
