I. Introduction

This matter comes before the Court on defendant All-Clad Metalcrafters, L.L.C.’s “Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Dismissal of Plaintiffs’ Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress Claims.” Dkt. # 7.
