Sister of decedent brought action for revocation of bequest to the City of Abbe-*1225ville, alleging that the City of Abbeville failed to fulfill conditions imposed by the testator. The Fifteenth Judicial District Court granted the City of Abbeville’s exception of prescription and dismissed the action. Finding no error in the trial court’s ruling, we affirm.
