This case is here for the second time, this time upon appeal from the final decree ¡¡rendered in February, 1918. The first appeal was taken from an order sustaining a demurrer to the bill of complaint which was exhibited by Freda K. Robinson and her husband O. K. Robinson against Philip Tischler, Flora Max and Nathan Max, her husband.
