This is an action brought by certain taxpayers and legal voters ’ of school district No. 48, in Garfield county, against the county superintendent of public instruction and the board of education of the independent school district of the city of Garber, to restrain them from “making the purported annexation of school district No. 48 to the independent school district of Garber,” and to restrain them from interfering with the holding of school in district No. 48, from removing the sehoolhouse, diverting its school funds, and for general relief.
