There is presented a novel question as to the jurisdiction of the Children’s Court Division of this statutory civil court to entertain a criminal prosecution of an adult other than a parent for allegedly contributing to a mother’s neglect of her children. “ The Children’s Court and the Domestic Belations *273Court of the City of New York, of which it is a part (L. 1933, ch. 482), are courts of inferior and limited jurisdiction.
