United States Postal Service,-U.S. -, 103 S.Ct. 2717, 77 L.Ed.2d 195 (1983), has been received and filed affirming the judgment of this Court, Newsweek, Inc. v. United States Postal Service, 663 F.2d 1186 (2d Cir.1981), and remanding to this Court for further proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.
