—Appeal by the *641defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Mullen, J.), rendered April 16, 1998, convicting him of murder in the second degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The Supreme Court did not err in denying the defendant’s motion to reopen the Wade hearing.
