In these consolidated cases, the plaintiffs, Christine Ewing and Robert L. Ewing, have appealed in error from jury verdicts and judgments dismissing their *456suits against defendant, Thomas W. Birthright, for personal injuries, medical expenses and. property damages arising out of a motor vehicle collision.
