for the Court.

¶ 1. Joey Dante Johnson appeals his conviction of three counts of armed robbery and his sentence of forty-one years without parole. Finding no error, we affirm.

PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 2. Johnson was indicted for three counts of armed robbery under Sections 97-3-79 and 99-19-81 of the Mississippi Code. 1 A jury found Johnson guilty of all three counts but did not impose the maximum penalty of life imprisonment.
