Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Kenneth R. Fisher, J.), entered March 22, 2006. The order denied plaintiffs motion to compel discovery.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.

Memorandum: Upon our review of the discovery demands of plaintiff and defendants’ responses, we see no basis to disturb Supreme Court’s order denying plaintiff’s motion to compel discovery.
