Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed January 29, 1998, which ruled that claimant did not sustain a compensable injury and denied her claim for workers’ compensation benefits.

Claimant sought workers’ compensation benefits for work-related stress stemming from her demotion and corresponding reassignment of duties at her place of employment. In denying this claim, the Workers’ Compensation Board found that claimant’s demotion was lawful and, while the employer handled the demotion poorly, its actions did not rise to the level of bad faith (see, Workers’…
